It comprises sturdy, compact holders with screw locking in two lengths for grooving parting and profiling.

Toolholders for deep grooving and parting featuring high- strength, spring-tensioned blades which are length - adjustable and useable on both sides

Insert geometries

Type U               Type M                Type R

- U geometry - Optimally designed with high positive depression in the middle for general grooving & parting applications

Ensures good chip for machine with medium to high feed rates.

-M geometry - Specially designed with an additional bumpy chipbreaker element to control chips encountered in copying and chamfering operation apart from grooving and parting.

-R geometry - specially developed to achieve a semi circular profile at the end apart from generating the groove. Also useful in copy turning of the profiles.

To change the cutting insert, the wrench is inserted into the blade recess.

By turning through 90⁰ the blade mouth is opened.

In this position the wrench is self-locking, leaving both hands free for changing the cutting insert.

The cutting insert is pressed against the rear seat in the blade mouth, releasing the wrench. The insert is accurately positioned and securely clamped.
