1.    WIDIA Heavy duty Copy Turning Toolholders

Copying operations which result in very high cutting forces can be efficiently carried out by using WIDIA heavy duty copy turning toolholders employing double clamp conforming to ISO M type clamping.

The Insert is securely locked a double clamping
system  restricting any movement in two perpendicular planes. By virtue of its location in
the pocket all degrees of freedom of movement
are restricted. The DUR/DUL inserts  have a ground chipbreaker with rake angle of 12⁰-14⁰.
When seated on the toolholder, tip seat has an
effective side rake  ₀ = 8⁰,   (inclination) _s = -6⁰in obtained.

2. WIDAX-LS Copy Turning Toolholders

The basic clamping system is similar to our standard WIDAX-LS system.These Toolholders
are ideally suitable and economical in Medium
Duty Copy Turning applications.

3. WIDAX-LW Copy Turning Toolholders

Double locking arrangement i.e, a combination of
clamp on type and lock pin type is provided
especially for inserts with chip control geometry
on both the surfaces to ensure precise machining.
Securing force of insert is very strong, suitable for
copy turning and interrupted cutting with very high
reliability.

The insert is located at -6⁰x - 6⁰ with possibility
of contouring upto 65⁰ included angle.
 

4.   WIDAX 35⁰ Copy Turning Toolholders

Employ central screw clamping with a top finger clampensuring rigid clamping. This type of double clamping conforms to ISO M type clamping system.

Salient features of WIDAX 35⁰ Copy Turning System

a. These toolholders are generally used for tooling up           of CNC machines for complicated profiles.

b. Machining of spherical profiles is made easier by        using this system (Please see sketch below).

c.  16 mm. cutting edge coupled with 35⁰ included          angle enables copying if intricate profiles such as        under-cuts at fillet.

d.  7⁰ clearance on side cutting edge ensures easier in        copying.

5.   WIDIA-LR copying tool holders.

      Tool holders with screw typeclamping system for         internal copying in both forward and backward machining. Ideally suitable for light duty applications.
